Brittney created, designed, and launched BB Care Notes, an app aimed at streamlining documentation processes for healthcare workers. Her vision was to reduce the time and effort healthcare professionals spend on administrative tasks, allowing them to focus more on providing high-quality care. Drawing on her understanding of the challenges faced by direct support professionals (DSP’s) and other caregivers, Brittney designed the app to be intuitive, efficient, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
